Service Cancellation: Clients may request the cancellation of services by providing written notice via email at least 7 days before the start of the campaign or service execution.
Ongoing Campaigns: If a campaign is already in progress, cancellations will not be possible, and the full agreed-upon amount will be charged.
Subscription-Based Services: If a client is on a monthly subscription plan, they must request cancellation at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic charges.
No Refunds on Completed Services: Once services have been rendered, campaigns executed, or deliverables provided, refunds are not available.
Prepaid Services: If a client has prepaid for services and requests a cancellation before work has begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative and processing fees).
Performance-Based Services: If the service is structured based on leads, traffic, or performance metrics, refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
Technical Issues: If any unforeseen technical errors occur on our end, affecting campaign performance, we will assess the situation and may offer service credits instead of refunds.
Any refund or cancellation request due to dissatisfaction must be reported within 3 days of service delivery. Digisparks Media will review the issue and, at its sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution.If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
